RX Preferred Drug List shows by Therapeutic
class, those drugs which CBCA Rx processes as Preferred/Formulary
medications. The Preferred Drug List is reviewed each quarter
by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, and is amended
as needed.
- CBCA
Rx Provider Manual is available online for
your convenience. If you require a hardcopy of the Manual,
please contact our Pharmacy Help Desk or email our Provider
Relations staff at CBCA Rx.
