The information you need, when you need it, is as close as your PC 24 hours a day. Please take the time to look through this site as it includes information regarding network providers as well as other valuable benefit information.

As an added benefit, once you are enrolled in the CBCA/Anthem self-funded benefit plan, CBCA offers you secure access to your medical claims information online. You may either use the "CBCA Connect" link at the left or input https://secure.cbca.com/home.page in your web browser address field. Please note that you will not have access to register on this site unless you are enrolled in this plan as of January 1, 2008. As of January 1, 2008, you may return to this site to register for your username and password for additional secure access to your medical claims information.
